Choice, Choices, Choices

Tis a funny thing about choices - quite interesting, really.

Your life today is the result of the choices you've made from the first day you were able to choose one option over another.

This statement applies equally to every aspect of your life right now: health, finances, relationships, you name it.

And don't tell me you were born with a genetic problem and so you are not to blame for it. Truth is, you are responsible for the way you see your situation. That is why you see people suffering from the same physical disability yet having different outcomes - some thrive and prosper inspite of it, others, having 'resigned to their fate', seem to have given up on life and therefore are in rather sorry states.

Scientists now know that, strictly speaking, there is no such thing as a condition that runs in families. What really runs in families is the perception of the situation, and the expectation to suffer from a similar ailment. The resultant state of health is due to that perception and expectation. In other words, your genes respond to the commands you give it!

These 'commands' happen in form of your thoughts, feelings, expectations, perceptions.

That's why it's most important that you choose not to let your past experiences, your family history, circumstances or other outward influences determine the thoughts and images you hold in your mind.

Choose rather to hold images that reflect the vibrant, fit, toned, healthy body you desire. It is a natural law that as long as you hold onto an image in your mind with gratitude and expectation, that image will manifest physically. This works both ways - whether the image you hold is one of vibrant health or one of disease. Your choice. It's easier said than done, I know, but you can start where you are right now to bring about the change you desire. The journey of a thousand miles starts with one step, after all.

This applies as well to other aspects of your life, as I said earlier. We'll touch more on this later. For now, I suggest you think carefully about what you've just read and digest it until you really, really 'get it'.

Have a fantastic day!

Blessings to ya.
