Get Ready For The New Year!

...one way to ensure that the new year doesn't turn out the same as the one that's about to end is this: define the things you're currently tolerating and start now to get rid of them.

Tolerations clutter up your life, and just as you find it hard to work on a cluttered desk, tolerations make it hard for you to move forward.

So begin today to define those things things you've tolerated for a long, long time. Get rid of your mental clutter. Get rid of associations that hold you back. You don't have to do anything unless you wish to do it.

Don't know what you're tolerating?

Ask and you shall receive the answer. Ask yourself: what are the things in my life that I don't need/want? Who are the people in my life right now that I'd rather not associate with? Ask yourself similar questions and write down the answers that come to mind.

Then make up your mind to release those things from your life so you can move on.

Here's wishing you a safe, happy and prosperous New Year!

Just Get Started!

There's a condition that many people suffer from. I call it called 'whenitis'.

It presents with the 'patient' saying things like:
"When I have more time I'll start that project."
"When the kids leave home I'll enrol in that course."
"When I get more money, I'll go on a vacation."

You get the picture: "When ....then..."

This deadly condition is responsible for keeping thousands of people stuck in mediocrity, living lives they hate.

It keeps you from living a full life today.
It's a chronic condition - 'when' never happens.

Here's why: if you look closely at the way those sentences are phrased, you'll see that the underlying (subconscious) thought behind them is a negative one - one that denotes lack in some form or another.

Now, according to the Law of Attraction, you're constantly attracting that which you think about predominantly.

When you suffer from 'when-itis', you're not only ungrateful for the good things in your life right now, you're focusing on the fact that you don't yet have, or aren't yet doing something.

And what you focus on is what you'll get more of.

When-itis is a deadly disease.

The cure for this disease is simple: action!

If there's something you wish to do, get started on it immediately.
You've only got *now*. Don't procrastinate. Do it now. Otherwise you'll forever wonder what your life coulda been like.

Be thankful for the good things in your life right now.

Begin to do more good things, as your heart leads you.

I'll leave you with a quotation that has been widely attributed to Goethe. Dunno who actually said it, but its message sure rings true:

"Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back-- Concerning all acts of initiative (and creation), there is one elementary truth that ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then Providence moves too. All sorts of things occur to help one that would never otherwise have occurred. A whole stream of events issues from the decision, raising in one's favor all manner of unforeseen incidents and meetings and material assistance, which no man could have dreamed would have come his way. Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now."

Service Comes First...

This is a thought I wrote for another blog - the BAM Productions Blog. I believe the message will benefit you too.

When things around you are contrary to your desired reality, it is important that you persist in holding onto the mental image of your desired outcome, for it is there that your physical reality is first created - in the garden of your mind.

Being a millionaire is something you ‘do’ by cultivating thoughts and images of yourself in a place of abundance. A powerful way to do this is to see yourself serving millions of people in ways that greatly benefit them. See yourself meeting the needs (according to your skills, abilities and passion) of millions. See the millions of grateful happy faces of people whose lives you have positively impacted.

You see, it is when you serve others that you prosper. As you focus on providing quality service to others, Natural Law dictates that you will be compensated adequately. Just ask Bill Gates, thanks to whose Windows software, millions of lives have been made easier in more ways than one. The service came before the compensation though.

So see yourself serving millions. See yourself doing this joyfully and effortlessly. You will prosper as a result, when you act according to your inner image or vision.

Have a fantastic day and God bless ya!

Clarity works!

You know how it's possible to know you want something, but you're not sure what that thing is?

That's dangerous!

As long as you remain vague or unclear about what you desire to achieve, you won't achieve it. It's as unwise as setting out on a journey with no clear destination in mind.

Clarity is power.

The moment you get clear about what you desire, the end result you hope to achieve, and you decide that you will achieve that outcome, you immediately notice an internal shift - a shift towards more power and ability.

Getting clear is the first step towards any goal you wish to achieve, no matter how big or small it is. You'll probably notice that any of the goals you've achieved so far have been for things you were clear and definite about right from the start.

So go on - get clear about your life and the direction you wish for it to go.

Take this first step. Write it down. The next step will become obvious to you once you've successfully completed the first step.

Have a superb visit.

Blessings to ya.

Choice, Choices, Choices

Tis a funny thing about choices - quite interesting, really.

Your life today is the result of the choices you've made from the first day you were able to choose one option over another.

This statement applies equally to every aspect of your life right now: health, finances, relationships, you name it.

And don't tell me you were born with a genetic problem and so you are not to blame for it. Truth is, you are responsible for the way you see your situation. That is why you see people suffering from the same physical disability yet having different outcomes - some thrive and prosper inspite of it, others, having 'resigned to their fate', seem to have given up on life and therefore are in rather sorry states.

Scientists now know that, strictly speaking, there is no such thing as a condition that runs in families. What really runs in families is the perception of the situation, and the expectation to suffer from a similar ailment. The resultant state of health is due to that perception and expectation. In other words, your genes respond to the commands you give it!

These 'commands' happen in form of your thoughts, feelings, expectations, perceptions.

That's why it's most important that you choose not to let your past experiences, your family history, circumstances or other outward influences determine the thoughts and images you hold in your mind.

Choose rather to hold images that reflect the vibrant, fit, toned, healthy body you desire. It is a natural law that as long as you hold onto an image in your mind with gratitude and expectation, that image will manifest physically. This works both ways - whether the image you hold is one of vibrant health or one of disease. Your choice. It's easier said than done, I know, but you can start where you are right now to bring about the change you desire. The journey of a thousand miles starts with one step, after all.

This applies as well to other aspects of your life, as I said earlier. We'll touch more on this later. For now, I suggest you think carefully about what you've just read and digest it until you really, really 'get it'.

Have a fantastic day!

Blessings to ya.

Don't Worry If You Don't Know 'How'...

One major factor that leaves people stuck and unproductive is this: they try to figure out exactly how their goal will materialize before they take the first step towards it.
Perhaps you know someone who thinks like this. Perhaps, you think this way?

This is a sure fire road to frustration and stagnation, friend. The 'trick' to easy and (relatively)effortless goal achievement is for you to get clear of your desired end result, and hold that image in your mind with full faith, gratitude and exectation that it'll happen.

When you do this, the 'how' will reveal itself to you.

Not before you do this, but after.

That is why the emphasis in the Success Seminars teachings is on the 'being' part of the 'Be -> Do -> Have' equation. Once you sort out the 'being' part, the 'how' or 'what-to-do' reveals itself to you, so that when you set out to 'do' what you need to do, you're doing the right thing (more often than not). It'll take practice of course but the important thing is for you to begin where you are and move on from there.

So if you're not yet 100% clear on what you desire, I suggest you stop what you are doing right now, find a quiet spot and answer that question for yourself. Create a vivid mental image of your desired end result, your ideal life. Experience that image with all your senses. Be grateful that the image is on its way to you. Fully expect it to come, and fully believe that it will.

Notice the shift in energy you experience when you do this, and write down all subsequent ideas of 'action steps' to take in the direction of your goal. Decide which of those steps to take first and do it as soon as possible.

You never again have to worry about 'how' your dreams will come true.

Know that they will, and the 'how' will make itself clear to you.

Have a superb week.

God bless ya!

Do Not Marvel...

... when you hear (or read) that thoughts are (like) seeds.

Think about it. When you sow a seed, you don't expect to reap a seed, do you? No, you expect to reap a fruit or plant - something in a very different form to what you actually planted. Very often, the fruit of your labour also contains seeds you can sow to bring about even more abundant fruit and seed.

Similarly, when you plant a thought in your mind, and nurture it using techniques like visualization, affirmation and appropriate action, you reap the physical manifestation of the thought you've 'planted'. That's a different form to the initial 'thought-seed', yet it also has within it potential to generate further thought-seeds for your further abundance.

Learn to work with nature. The natural laws are in place for your growth and abundance. If you are not growing or manifesting abundance, chances are you are inadvertently violating one or more of the natural laws.

Thoughts are seeds. Plant good ones today, take care of them and you are sure to enjoy a good harvest.

Blessings to ya!

Success is a mind game...

Whether you like it or not, that's just the way things are.

You cannot be a success in life until you are first a success on the inside. You must see yourself succeeding in all you do, on the inside. You must believe in yourself and your capabilities even if no-body else does.

The beauty of all this is that your past doesn't (have to) dictate your future. Even if you feel you've lived a messed-up life up until now, you can, if you choose to, turn things around in an instant.

That instant is the moment you make the decision to think differently.

Once you begin to think differently about yourself, your life and the world around you, you will begin to feel different. When you feel different, you will act different. When you act different, you will see different results.

But it all starts in your mind. You see, the saying is true: Change your Mind to change your Life.

Have a fantastic day!

Blessings to ya.
